Working to promote emotional wellbeing in a group setting

  • Offering therapeutic group support to the recently bereaved or those coping with a delayed reaction to loss
  • Small structured groups meeting twice monthly – afternoon or evening
  • Facilitated by experienced group leaders
  • Creating a safe environment in which to explore, share and understand reactions to loss with others in a similar situation
  • A rolling programme enables participants to join and leave at various times
  • Groups are free and open to Suffolk residents
  • An afternoon group is held in Hadleigh and an evening group in Capel St Mary
